Our Cottages

All cottages are waterfront. We have 4-season availability.

Combining simple County charm with modern conveniences, our cottages offer you a place to relax and have fun with your family. Six cottages are available spring through fall and our Green Cottage is ready all year round. Please see our Map of Grounds for their locations.

Log Cabin

This historic building dates back to circa 1830. It’s been lovingly restored to retain its original charm and features an enclosed porch, cedar and pine log walls, antique harvest table, and clawfoot bathtub.

Details: 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 double beds and 1 single bed; sofabed in livingroom. 4-piece bath. It can accommodate up to 7 people.

Equipped with: Full-size fridge, stove, microwave, pots & pans, dishes & cutlery, coffee-maker, satellite TV, 4 quilts and 4 pillows. Also, a dock, propane bbq (propane supplied), campfire pit and 2 adirondack chairs. Non-smoking. No air conditioning... just lovely lake breezes.

Green Cottage - available year-round

This cottage features all the comforts of home and includes a propane wood-stove style fireplace to keep you cozy during those cool autumn nights or snowy winter getaways.

Details: 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with single-over-double bunk bed; sofabed in livingroom. 4-piece bath. It can accommodate up to 7 people.

Cottager 14-Wide

Beautifully bright, modern and roomy Northlander Cottager is located beside our beach; you can relax on the deck and watch the kids at the playground at the same time. Large livingroom windows provide a spectacular view of East Lake.

Details: 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with single-over single bunk bed. Sofabed in livingroom. 4-piece bath. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

4 Yellow Cottages

Each cute cottage is a little different from the other but all have similar amenities, including a deck overlooking the Outlet River.

Details: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed; sofabed in livingroom. 3-piece bath. They can accommodate up to 6 people.

Equipped with: Fridge, stove, microwave, pots & pans, dishes & cutlery, coffee-maker, TV with VCR or DVD, 4 blankets and 4 pillows. Also, a dock, propane bbq (propane supplied), campfire pit and 2 adirondack chairs. Non-smoking. No air conditioning... just lovely lake breezes.

• Consumables such as paper towels, dish washing liquid*

*We do have a convenience store for those little items you may have forgotten and nearby Picton is great for major grocery shopping.

To our guests with pets 

We love animals but of course, not everyone does.  For the safety and enjoyment of all guests in the park, we have a few things we ask that you bear in mind:  Please keep your pet on a leash; don’t leave them alone in the cottage while you are out; don’t allow them to bark excessively; don’t take them onto the beach area, and of course, please clean up after them.  Thanks very much!

Rates 2013:

Check-in time - 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time - 10:00 a.m.

*Extra persons: All cottage rentals are based on occupancy of 4 people. Larger families can be accommodated and extra persons are welcome, as are day visitors. Please let us know ahead of time so we know to expect them.

To Reserve a Cottage: We take reservations any way you can reach us! (Phone, Fax, E-mail or in Person). Deposit of $250 for each cottage per week is due within 7 days of making the reservation. Sorry, deposits are non-refundable.
