Each cute Yellow Cottage is a little different from the other but all have similar amenities, including a deck overlooking the Outlet River.
Yellow Cottage 3 details: 2 bedrooms with queen bed in one room and a double bed in the second room; futon in the living room. 3-piece bath.
Equipped with: Fridge, stove, microwave, pots & pans, dishes & cutlery, coffee-makers (drip and Keurig style), satellite TV, 4 blankets and 4 pillows. Also, a dock, propane bbq (propane supplied), campfire pit and 4 adirondack chairs. Non-smoking. Air conditioning.

To our guests with pets
We love animals but of course, not everyone does. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests in the park, we have a few things we ask that you bear in mind: Please keep your pet on a leash; don’t leave them alone in the cottage while you are out; don’t allow them to bark excessively; don’t take them onto the beach area, and of course, please clean up after them. Thanks very much!
*Extra persons: All cottage rentals are based on occupancy of 4 people. Larger families can be accommodated and extra persons are welcome, as are day visitors. Please let us know ahead of time so we know to expect them.
